Que-N-View® caters award-winning pulled pork barbeque & ribs, beef, chicken and more, all slow cooked and smoked to perfection from our six ton, 30-foot Pig Rig which features top-of-the-line audio/visual screens to show your favorite movie, sporting event, video or slide show. We will also "Rent Our Rig" so you can smoke your own wild game, or vend your own menu if you own a restaurant. Founded by Melissa and Charlie Hellem, Que-N-View® is a barbeque catering concept that is right for the times. Nothing ostentatious - just a "good old fashioned American cookout gone high tech" kind of event whose time has truly come.

    The 6-ton trailer itself is a 30-foot Horton Hauler with a full kitchen, and features:

  • Two Stump's Smokers, including a Platinum 6 (a 6' Hog Cooker) and a 224 (a 7- Shelf Vertical Cooker)
  • Two Viking Appliances, including a 53" Gas Grill and a Gas Range including a 4-Burner Cook Top
  • Four Sinks

  • Commercial Ventilation
  • True Refrigerator and Freezer
  • Sony DVD Player
  • Wii Gaming System
  • 5 Flat Screen TV's with HD Satellite and Dish Network - "We have gone Hi-Definition!!"

  • 20-Foot Inflatable Cinema Package for Outdoor Movie Nights
  • Awnings on Both Sides
  • 8,000 Watt Generator (We can set up ANYWHERE, in YOUR driveway, in a parking lot, in a field, at your Farm or at your Hunting Lodge....It Doesn't Matter!)

Que-N-View® also features a 12-foot Baby Horton set-up for smaller gatherings.

Also on Board we provide a Circus Sized Popcorn Machine and Sno-Cone Machine.

Time To Live A Little!

Que-N-View® was wonderful and made our event even more special! Everyone at our Super Bowl Party was so amazed and impressed with the set up. All of the TV's made it possible to have a lot of people and a lot of viewing areas so no one had to miss a second of the game. The grills and smokers made it possible for us to cook a lot of wild game for a lot of people and the food tasted wonderful!! Charlie and Melissa were wonderful and made everything easy and convenient and possible for our party to be a huge success. We are already on the books for our Super Bowl party next year.
